Publication day!

It’s publication day! I can’t believe after months and months of hard work that my book Seeking Slow is out today. It feels pretty surreal to release the book, and everything that the pages contain out into the world. Between the covers are not only my words and pictures but they are entwined with snippets about how we choose to live our lives.

I created the following little video to celebrate launch day and to explain what Seeking Slow is all about.

I really hope this gentle book helps others find their slice of slow living.
