Stitch and Forage E-course

stitch and forage on Geoffrey & Grace

I have had the pleasure of contributing to ‘Stitch and Forage’ – a Seasonal Summer Living E-course created by Hannah Bullivant (aka Seeds and Stitches) and Herbalist Natasha Richardson.

Stitch and Forage is a guide to natural Summer living on a budget. A self paced e-course, made up of four core modules; ‘Forage’, ‘Make’, ‘Gather’, and ‘Tend’. You will receive a beautifully designed PDF with all the tutorials, planning tools, resource links, and printables you need for the course.

Over the four weeks, you will look at each module individually, also receiving bonus video content.

The modules contain features covering:

•How to survive hay fever with herbal remedies
•The joy of camping; both maximalist and minimalist
•Styling a Summer dinner party
•A guide to Summer beers
•Simple, useful Summer crafts
•How to make your own Summer sour
•Recipes for seasonal foods
•Taking care of your skin in the sun
•Nature meditation
•The best holiday, garden and beach reads
•Simple ways to entertain kids
•Ideas to have a more mindful, eco-Summer

I have created a guide to self care focusing on meditation. You can learn about why you should meditate, the benefits, and how to begin. Plus, it includes two meditations for you to try and practice.

Cost – £30

The course is available from June the 1st, however if you pr-order the course now you will get some great bonus material.

If you would like to sign up to the course please do so here. Please use this link provided – by doing so you are helping to support the Geoffrey & Grace blog grow.

Also contributing to the course are Kate from A Playful Day, Laura from Circle of Pine Trees, Sara from Me & Orla, and Rachel from The Foraged Life.

I do hope you’ll join us, I have had a peek at some of the content and it looks really wonderful. Here’s to a slow, mindful Summer.
