I have been floating about all week. I can’t quite snap out of the spell that Sisterhood Camp put me under, nor do I really want to.
It was such a blissful weekend and best of all I have strengthened friendships and made new friends too.
I can feel a change in the air… something is brewing. There is a need for a different voice, or ideally a whole chorus of voices. There is power in the many, and what we can achieve as collective is greater than what we can achieve as an individual.
Not only that but there seems to be a real want for a different way and a different approach. Women (and men) who place importance on helping and encouraging each other. Who are there for one another to offer guidance and moral support. Who feel united in a common goal, not at odds with one another. Secure in the fact that there is plenty for all to go around, with an understanding that all our voices are unique and we should inspire each other to sing out loud.
Isn’t it better to cheer on our fellow sisters…. and say “you’ve got this, you can do it, we are here to pick you up if you fall”.
I have created a Steller Story about the weekend that you can watch below (or here), which will give you a little insight to how magical it was.
I will be back to share more stories from Sisterhood camp later, as really, I’m still digesting it all. In the meantime I just wanted to let you know that my hand is always here for you to hold.

Finally a big thank you to Lou from Little green shed for organising it all.
