I am so delighted to be in the latest issue of 91 Magazine.
Leigh Metcalf came to photograph the house back at the beginning of autumn just before we packed up. She also popped down to Margot on one of the windiest days ever. She still managed to take some lovely photos of our beach hut makery, despite the weather.
If you enjoy the Geoffrey & Grace blog, you will no doubt love a nosey around Leigh’s blog ‘found now home‘. Before you scurry off though to look at that, and the latest issue of 91 magazine, do have a look at some of the photographs that Leigh took of our house that didn’t make it into the article.
All the following images were taken by Leigh Metcalf for 91 Magazine.
It’s funny to look at these, now we have moved. Lovely to be reminded of what a happy home we had made. It was nice to have it captured like this before we left. What a lovely way to mark all the hard work and energy we put into the house. It really was a labour of love, as we did most of the work ourselves including the very messy, noisy and tiring job of sanding all the floors!
